Our organization is supported by more than 80 volunteers across two chapters in North Carolina and Connecticut. All operations are volunteer-led, with no paid staff. Every program, event, and initiative is driven by people who choose to give their time, skills, and passion to our mission. On average, 82% of all donations go directly to support children via gifts, birthday kits and parties. (18% supports our general expenses such as boutique and storage unit rent, software subscriptions and office supplies. You can find our actual/budget documents here.)
Each chapter maintains its own operating budget, bank accounts, and fundraising activities, including sponsorships and grants. This structure enables local teams to respond effectively to community needs while advancing a shared mission.






In addition to our Leadership Team, each chapter is guided by Co‑Chairs who oversee day‑to‑day operations. These Co‑Chairs are responsible for managing specific projects and coordinating our gift‑giving and fundraising locations, ensuring that every initiative runs smoothly and remains closely connected to the needs of the communities we serve.
